Cervical Spondylosis is a disorder of cervical vertebrae. It`s main symptoms are as follows:
- Stress over neck, head, shoulders and upper part of the back
- Pain and heaviness in the above mentioned organs
- Stiffness and pain in moving the neck
Cause of Cervical Spondylosis:
Our neck has seven cervical vertebrae. These vertebrae are arranged one over another, having a particular gap between each of them. In some conditions like ageing, injuries, any disease related to bones and in the condition of wear or growing of bones the distance or gap between these vertebrae becomes abnormal. Consequently the nerves passing, through that region get pressurised. This pressure gives rise to the symptoms of this disease. If there is without inflammation it is called Cervical spondylostis. Working continuously in tense atmosphere also produces this condition.
Treatment of Cervical Spondylosis:

Dhanurasana, Supta Vajrasana, Gornukhasana, Ardha Matsyendrasana, Ushtrasana, Matsyasana and Chakrasana etc. are helpful in this disease. One should Practise long and deep inhalation and exhalation.
